JCDecaux bolsters management team

LONDON - JCDecaux Airport has strengthened its management team with the appointment of a UK business development director who will focus initially on the roll-out of digital sites for the division.

Janice Fernandes joins from JCDecaux's roadside division, where she was director of Premiere Platinum, responsible for iconic sites like the M4 Torch.
She is managing director Julie France's second senior appointment since she joined the company and follows the arrival of Alan Sullivan as sales director last week.
Fernandes will work across all JCDecaux Airport's departments as it works towards next year's much-anticipated opening of Heathrow's Terminal 5.
At JCDecaux, Fernandes reported to sales director Spencer Berwin and was responsible for the team behind the A3 Tower and the Cromwell Road Premiere 1000 site.
She joined the company in 2004 after 10 years at Viacom (now CBS Outdoor), where she was an account director.
Earlier this month, Phil Quartly resigned from his position as sales director of JCDecaux Airport, without a job to go to, but was swiftly replaced by Sullivan.
