The Pernod Ricard-owned brand is introducing the labels on bottles of its sparkling Chardonnay Pinot Noir, Sparkling Rose and Shiraz Rose to advise consumers when the wine is at its optimum temperature to drink.
Bottles featuring the label will also have "Enjoy chilled" neck tags.
The initiative will run alongside a national advertising and sampling campaign to reinforce the brand's New World image and encourage trial.
Jacob's Creek's has the highest consumer awareness of any wine brand, at 96%, according to ACNielsen.
