Members of the public will have the chance to win cash prizes in the game which will showcase a specially designed claw-crane to recreate the popular arcade game.
There will be 12 prizes up for grabs, from between £100 to £5,000.
Those over 18 years old are able to pre-register for the chance to take part, with the event taking place tomorrow (Wednesday 1 June).
Windsor said: "We're taking online gaming one step further by bringing it into the real world and the public can join in on the fun by seeing it all unfold live."
Simon Mizzi from Jackpotjoy added: "The set-up is quite incredible, we always look to offer the biggest jackpots and we've taken it quite literally this time – a giant crane and enormous blue balls each with a jackpot value of up to £5,000.
"The live event will be streamed online with additional participants announced on the day so make sure you drop in to take part in the fun."
