Channel 4's Time Team searched for a perfectly preserved World War I bunker and ended up with an audience of 800,000 and a 3.1% share. Its showing an hour later on Channel 4+1 brought in 100,000 viewers.
Tonight ITV1 is airing the Champions League football final between Manchester United and Barcelona in Rome. Last year's final between United and Chelsea gave the channel its best ever audience for the event, with a peak of 14.6m viewers.
