The arrangement is the first deal ITV has signed with a set top box VoD service. It joins BBC, Channel 4 and Five on BT Vision's TV Replay service.

From December 2008, BT Vision customers will be able to catch up on programmes including The X Factor and Coronation Street, as well as a range of library content on demand, including Hell's Kitchen.

The BT content will only include key parts of the ITV schedule and will be available minutes after broadcast for eight days.

Ben McOwen Wilson, director of ITV Online, and Marc Watson, director of content and business development at BT Consumer, negotiated the deal.

BT Vision launched in December 2006 and currently claims around 340,000 subscribers. BBC, Channel 4 and Five all signed up to the Replay service in 2006.
