We have a strong team with a good understanding of our customers. This is combined with lots of experience, passion and creativity and a good support network from our creative agency partners.
What is the main marketing challenge you face?
Making sure we stay relevant by continuing to listen to our customers and keeping an eye on our competitors.

What are the perks?
The marketing team is great to work with, which is always a bonus. We work on a huge variety of projects through-out the year, with a range of partners. As an evolving brand, we are always looking for fresh challenges, so things never get boring.
Is there a dress code?
Usual office attire, with ties on special occasions.
Does the team socialise outside office hours?
We enjoy the occasional trip to the Old White Lion in East Finchley. It is close enough to enjoy 'one for the road', and nice enough for a night out.
What are the hours like?
Standard office hours, but we work to get the job done.
What is the company like for training and career progression?
Excellent. There are many people in the office who have worked in our restaurants and moved up through the ranks. We also have an in-house training centre, which we call McDonald's University, with a range of courses.
What about the salary and benefits package?
It's comprehensive: private healthcare, competitive pay, and a bonus scheme, as well as a free meal at work every day.
