The association has partnered with the 2015 awards to help educate and inspire the next wave of talent by bringing 50 event management students to the event tomorrow night (14 October), to be held at the Eventim Apollo.
Students from universities including Leeds Beckett, Bournemouth and Hertfordshire, as well as London universities, will arrive for a private reception before watching the awards ceremony. They will then have the chance to network and celebrate with the audience.
Kevin Jackson, 2015/16 ISES UK president, said: "If the Event Awards are to be the Brit Awards of our industry, then we need to engage the next generation who can add to the passion and fervour of these awards."
Terence Corness, director of education, ISES, added: "ISES is the natural home for students looking to connect with the events industry, and we are excited to be able to give them an insight into our sector by bringing them to the Event Awards."
