Iris is ranked in 10th place ahead of other marketing and advertising agencies including AMV, which came in 57th, BBH at 85th and DDB at 86th.
It scored particularly well in the areas of "personal growth", "employees seeing their jobs being valuable to their futures" and "abilities to develop and learn not being limited", where it was beaten by only one other company.

Ian Millner, CEO of Iris said: "People are our most important asset and during times of recession it becomes an opportunity for good companies to become great companies by increasing their share of talent.
"Creating careers for people, rather than just jobs, will become increasingly important as well as staying passionate and inspiring amongst the doom and gloom."
