Winn, who joins from StrawberryFrog where she was executive creative director of interactive, will work alongside joint managing directors George Nimeh and John Baker, who joined Iris Digital in January this year from OgilvyInteractive.
She will also work alongside Iris London's creative director Grant Hunter, and with joint global executive creative director Shaun McIlrath, across all major pieces of business including global clients Sony Ericsson, Shell, ING, Coca-Cola and also Hertz which iris won the integrated advertising account for earlier this year.

Winn leaves her role at StrawberryFrog after two years at the agency, where she oversaw the digital and creative development across multiple integrated campaigns for clients that included Toyota, Microsoft and Hyundai.
Prior to StrawberryFrog, Winn was at AKQA London where she was creative lead on all aspects of the agency's largest account, Orange. She has also spent time at Agency.com in New York as creative director between 1999 and 2002 working across Coca-Cola and British Airways.
Before starting her career in the digital arena, Winn held creative roles within the magazine sector at publishing houses Conde Naste and Hachette Filipacchi.
