Sections include ‘look of the day', in which users can vote for their favourite outfits from the latest A-list styles.
InStyle journalists will also provide photographs, videos and blogs from celebrity parties and reveal the places to spot celebrities in the UK.
Fashion is covered off in ‘Hot buys', a section that offers links to buying the latest fashion and beauty products online.
The UK site is edited by Maria Milano, formerly Conde Nast Interactive's executive editor and editor of GQ.com.
IPC will support the launch with an online search campaign and ads across its women's magazines and websites.
The Southbank division is set to follow the launch with a home interest portal in the coming weeks.
