
Kort will report in to Muriel Holdsworth, the agency’s managing director, EMEA, and work out of Invnt's London based office.
The transfer forms part of the , which have been fuelled by its acquisition .
There are plans to expand into the Middle East and South America, and the agency is said to be working on global campaigns for brands such as Nissan.
Scott Cullather, global managing partner at Invnt said: "Michael has been an invaluable member of Invnt’s New York operation, and we are proud to acknowledge his contributions to our company with this move.

Holdsworth added: "Michael will significantly contribute to EMEA’s overall growth strategy, particularly because of his deep experience in the automotive industry. He will bolster an already successful team that in 2015 delivered great campaigns in the region for Nissan, Juniper Networks and PepsiCo, to name a few. We already foresee exciting opportunities for inVNT in 2016."
Invnt also recently to work with the agency's global clients.
