The viewing area will be located on Sugar Quay Jetty, opposite HMS Belfast and close to Tower Bridge on the north shore of the river.
It will seat up to 800 people and will be complemented with live music and entertainment as well as a commentary of all the action.
More than 1,000 decorated vessels of all shapes and sizes will take part in the Pageant, led by the Queen. In excess of one million people are expected to line the river to watch.
Tickets for the grandstand cost £149 per person and include a champagne picnic.
