Event professionals across the capital are busy putting the finishing touches to this weekend's Queen's Diamond Jubilee celebrations.

Temporary structure provider GL Events Owen Brown has built more hospitality space than ever before for tomorrow’s Investec Derby Day (2 June) at Epsom Downs Racecourse which kicks off the bank holiday festivities.

The 233rd Derby is expected to be the biggest-ever, with the Queen in attendance.

Owen Brown has fitted a record 4,200sqm of temporary structures, while its sister firm, GL Events Snowdens has supplied more than 3,000sqm of soft-sided structures for additional public bars, wet weather cover, picnic areas and police control facilities.
