
Taking place on 4 and 5 June, Media360 in MediaWeek's 30th year plays host to a schedule of inspiring keynotes, interactive roundtables and challenging panel sessions.
Innovation within the marketing mix will be explored by Claire Harrison-Church, vice president of marketing at Asda and Ounal Bailey, group head of innovation at Britvic.
In addition, Claire Hilton, marketing director of Personal & Corporate at Barclays joins Nick Baughan, chief executive of Maxus, to lift the lid on a company undergoing huge transformation in a fiercely competitive market.
Discussing the art of engagement will be Michael Dobbs, the executive producer of the hit US show House of Cards, and writer of the original book on which it is based.
He will draw insight from a fascinating career involving time in politics, journalism, TV hosting and as deputy chairman of Saatchi & Saatchi.
The big media interview will feature Lloyd Embley, editor-in-chief of Trinity Mirror, who will offer his take on what the modern newsroom of today needs to look like. The editor of the only tabloid newsbrand to back Labour and Ed Miliband will also provide insights on some of the machinations taking place in the run-up to the general election.
Also at the event, David Weeks, executive director of The Week, will chair a discussion on the future of the client-agency-media owner relationship, featuring Karl Guard, head of strategy at ZenithOptimedia, Geoff Seeley, global communications planning director at Unilever and Ben Peterson, group head of display sales UK at TripAdvisor.
The media head-to-head debate will feature Channel 4’s Jonathan Allan, Time Inc’s Justine Southall, JCDecaux’s Spencer Berwin, M&C Saatchi Mobile’s James Hilton, Digital Cinema Media’s Karen Stacey and Bauer’s Travis Baxter.
The lively session will be chaired by Paul Frampton chief executive of Havas Media: three slides, six minutes - attendees will decide on who carries the day.
Elsewhere on the agenda is a future-facing panel featuring Richard Eyre CBE at IAB, Steve Hatch, regional director UK and Ireland at Facebook and Mark Howe, managing director, agency sales, North and Central Europe at Google.
Other sessions at this year’s one a half day event will include leaders from L'Oreal, British Gas, Nestle, Innocent, Airbnb, Telefonica and Dfs.
