The 6,000sqm stand will be split between a 3,200sqm exhibition indoors and a 2,800sqm test drive area outdoors.
Four sensory zones will highlight the detail that goes into the vehicles: an audio lab recreating various sounds engineered for Ford’s cars, and a scent lab reproducing the smell of freshly cut grass.
Ford’s World Rally Champion driver Mikko Hirvonen is set to take to the test track on September 16 and 17.
In total, 30 Ford vehicles will be on display on the main stand and a further six will available to test drive outside.
"The stand design for Frankfurt allows visitors to interact with Ford cars the way they want to, to feel firsthand the quality of Ford’s design and manufacturing and to deliver a memorable experience for car enthusiasts and first time visitors alike," said Imagination creative director Jordan Waid.
