
Highlighting the rapidly expanding commercial security market in India, an impressive 11,477 visitors came to the exhibition compared to 8,608 in 2008.
Industry leaders such as G4S, Honeywell, Hitachi Global Storage Technologies, Pansonic, Satel, Samsung Electronics, Alba Urmet, Turbo, HIK Vision and Sony India all took part in the show.
The show also featured a strong education panel that included technical seminars about the latest developments in the security market, and was co-locatedwith one-day conference Counter Terror India 2009.
The conference was opened by Bank of England head of security Don Randall, who highlighted the need for harmonisation between the public and private sectors.
