The housemates yesterday went into the diary room and cast their votes for 'Big Brother 6''s second eviction.
Bikini-wearing Sam, who is the bookies' favourite to go, and gay Tory speech writer Derek received six votes while busty Saskia received four votes.
After two rounds of voting, Sam has received the most nominations this series and this week Anthony, Craig, Kemal, Makosi and Maxwell received no nominations.
Geordie Anthony explained why he nominated Derek: "I think the man's an asshole. He thinks he's an educated bloke and if there's a course on being an arsehole, he'd be a straight-A student.
"He has barred me from using his skipping ropes, which ticks another box on why the man's an arsehole. I think the bloke's a snob, he's boring. Get him out of here. I've got no time for the bloke."
The housemates were told of the nominations live by Dermot O'Leary on 'Big Brother's Little Brother' last night. On hearing the news, Vanessa, the cause of the mass eviction notice, admitted to the others that she was the housemate who discussed nominations and explained that Big Brother revealed the news to her the previous night.
"I'm sorry," she said, to which Derek responded: "We have the power, we can say one out, all out."
Ladbrokes makes Sam the 5/4 red-hot favourite to go, followed by Roberto at 4/1 and Lesley and Science at 6/1.
Ladbrokes spokesman Warren Lush said: "Sam ought to start packing her suitcase and make-up bag now, she is red-hot favourite for the chop. The only question is whether she'll be wearing her bikini when she greets the crowds outside."
Ladbrokes has also slashed the odds on Saskia winning 'Big Brother' from 6/1 to 4/1, making her the new joint favourite to win with cross-dressing belly dancer Kemal, whose odds have drifted to 4/1 from 3/1.
"It seems like everybody wants a bit of Saskia, we had no choice but to slash her odds and make her the new joint favourite to win with Kemal. Her teasing and plucking has gone down a storm in the house and with the general public."
"All bets on a Big Brother bonk are off as it is clear the house is not full of frosty old matrons. Bookies are waiting to be prescribed medicine for the bitter pill of an inevitable payout."
