Ladbrokes says Mary is now 8/11 favourite to go, when previously it looked like Craig would walk.
If she does go it will be a clean sweep of six years of 'Big Brother' having a woman evicted first.
Ladbrokes cut Mary's odds on eviction from to 8/11 from 7/4, while Craig has drifted to evens from 2/5.
Warren Lush, the Ladbrokes spokesman, said: "It looks too close to call, bookies are not sure which way this one will go. Mary's refusal to wear a microphone and constant criticism of fellow housemates has seen her popularity plummet in recent hours."
"The odds on Anthony winning have been cut from 8/1 to 7/1, he looks to be the housemate most likely to catch the early runaway favourite Kemal."
Mary's chances of staying in the house were hurt after she laid into various housemates.
When Derek suggested three people to do the shopping list, Mary was quick to tell him "You're not in charge, you're up your arse. You are sly and immature."
She later then laid into gay Tory Derek further, telling fellow eviction nominee Craig how much she disliked him.
"He's sly, malicious, deceitful, and he's playing a really cunning game."
Mary then told Craig that she thought no one in the house deserved to win.
"Collectively we are disgusting people. Derek is a disgusting, sly old man who stamped his feet in front of me. They disgust me and Derek is one of the people who disgusts me the most."
