
Newbury Racecourse will host the networked gaming event from 13 - 16 November at which attendees to which will compete in PC and Xbox gaming competitions.
The news comes after a series of UK gaming events, , hit problems this year.
The Multiplay i-Series brings together gamers to compete for prize money in excess of £350,000. It had been held at the racecourse until 2008 and, after a year's absence, will return for the next three i-Series.
The latest gaming products and software will be present alongside an interactive showcase exhibition for which a number of visitors are expected to camp indoors and outdoors overnight.
An interactive exhibition will also take place with participation from Xbox 360, Ubisoft and Activision, creator of the successful Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 game, which will feature at the show.
Corporates including Vodafone and Nokia will also have a presence at the event.
"Our gamers can choose between gaming privately or with the large numbers and atmosphere of the Grandstand, which is not always available at other venues. We also spoke to our visitors who are delighted to be coming to Newbury Racecourse not least because of its ease of accessibility," said Multiplay managing director Stewart Fletcher.
