The incumbent on the account, Manning Gottlieb OMD, will pitch against the WPP-owned agencies Media-edge:cia and MediaCom for the business.

The brief to the participating agencies focuses on the Home Office's crime reduction campaign, which is planned to break in the autumn. The winning agency will be chosen in late July.

The current review does not affect the Home Office's youth portfolio, which includes the knife crime and binge-drinking campaigns and is handled by MG OMD.
