Blumenthal will join several other top chefs - including Jean-Christophe Novelli, Mark Hix and Atul Kochhar - at the Brand Events show, which is taking place at Excel London from 4-6 December.

This year's event will run for just three days, down from four last year, and is expected to attract 25,000 visitors.
