
The event, taking place at The Roof Gardens in London, is in its third year. Past events have seen performances from Alison Moyet and Russell Watson.
Manchester Live brings together the city’s venues, service providers, conference organisers and buyers to showcase the city’s business tourism product to delegates from the south east.
Paul Simpson, managing director of Visit Manchester, said: "Manchester Live has proven a great success since its launch in 2010 and we’re thrilled to have secured Heather to perform at this year’s event. She's one of Manchester’s best loved 90s musical exports."
Business tourism is worth over £570m a year to the Greater Manchester economy each year.
