The agencies will come under the umbrella of Euro RSCG Partners, which will have a single financial reporting structure.
The group will be headed by Mark Wnek, previously partner at Euro RSCG Wnek Gosper, who takes on the role of chairman; and Chris Pinnington, formerly CEO of Euro RSCG Wnek Gosper, will become CEO of Euro RSCG Partners.
Other agencies to be folded into the new entity are the financial PR shop the Maitland Consultancy; corporate branding agency CGI BrandSense; Conran Design Group; marketing and sampling agency Euro RSCG Bounty; and Euro RSCG Interaction, the digital marketing agency.
The rationale behind the move is to give clients access to all marketing disciplines in one place.
Bob Schmetterer, chairman and CEO of Euro RSCG Worldwide, said: "The creative of Euro RSCG Partners in the UK is a continuation of our response to clients' desire for high-level creative thinking across all forms of contemporary communications."
Clients that already use more than one Euro RSCG Partners agency in the UK include Peugeot, Intel, Reckitt Benckiser and Cap Gemini.
Euro RSCG has undertaken a similar venture in the Netherlands, where three agencies have been combined.
