Brothers Cider's Fear Factory
The drink brand will be looking to entice 500 guests tonight (30 October) into its faux headquarters in Shoreditch. Brand experience agency Miss Jones & Co will be creating four experiential zones as part of the event - the Head Office of Horror, the Insanity Laboratory, the Twisted Orchard and the Sinister Warehouse.
Other highlights will include drinks from Create Cocktails and hot dogs from Big Apple Hot Dogs which will be made using Brothers’ cider flavour, Toffee Apple.
Vevo Halloween
The music and entertainment platform will be hosting an experiential Halloween party for 5,000 guests on 1 November at Manchester's Victoria Warehouse. The event promises to be an immersive affair, with the venue's in-house team, The Events Company UK, and Vevo set to create a live concert experience featuring a 'survivors versus zombies' theme.
We've been told that the venue's outside area will be transformed into a military-style base camp complete with warning tannoys and wounded solders, while inside a military briefing office set-up will be projecting images of how a virus has spread and footage of authorities failing to counteract it. Room 2 will host a zombie maze, featuring live actors within an apocalyptic set, and an operational military field hospital will feature in Room 3 with doctors in hazmat suits trying to restrain and treat the infected.
House of Vans Crossfire Halloween Massacre
Dubbed the gnarliest Halloween party in town, the eighth Crossfire Halloween Massacre in association with Vans will take place at the brand's House of Vans London base in the Old Vic Tunnels on Saturday 1 November. The event's theme, Dead Rock 'n' Rollers versus Zombie Ripper Fiends, will feature a night of skateboard and music carnage with Norwegian deathpunks Turbonegro performing alongside a series of special guests from the hard-core punk scene.
Other highlights will include the UK's biggest bowl riding skateboard jam, a massacre art exhibition and epic zombie movies such as Braindead, Evil Dead, Bad Taste and Night of the Living Dead playing in the venue's cinema room.
Marks & Spencer's Little Shwop of Horrors
To get you in the mood for this year's scariest night of the year, the high street retailer has teamed up with Oxfam to launch a two-day, pop-up outlet offering Halloween costume inspiration. The store, located in London's Marble Arch, will also feature spooky decorations including carved pumpkins and cobwebs.
Cubanisto's House of Mask Halloween special
We have been told by the rum-flavoured beer brand that its final event in its latest experiential event series will be a night of mystery, surprise and intrigue with DJs, street food and live art all forming part of the entertainment. Taking place on Friday (31 October) at a secret east London venue, we expect Cubanisto will be pulling a few surprises out of the bag. Guests will also be able to unlock mystery boxes with bespoke 3D-printed keys to claim some prizes on the night.
Kiss Haunted House Party
Bauer Media Group has enlisted event production company Emo to create a music-filled experience this Friday (31 October) at the Eventim Apollo in Hammersmith, London. Example, Professor Green and Rizzle Kicks are among the line-up and their performances are set to be complemented by a host of Halloween-themed special effects.
Bacardí Triangle
The rum brand has grand places for an epic Halloween weekend with its three-day event at the five-star, Waldorf Astoria, El Conquistador resort in Puerto Rico. Launching today (30 October) and running until 2 November, more than 1,800 guests music fans will be able to enjoy pool-side sets from some of the world’s leading DJs.
A Black Pearl-themed Halloween party has been planned by Bacardí for Halloween night, which will combine music with immersive theatre – think global DJs, living mermaids, poi performance artists, voodoo shacks and tribal food huts. The trip will round off with an event on a private Caribbean island in the heart of the Bermuda Triangle. A range of surreal experiences await before performances from Calvin Harris, Kendrick Lamar and Ellie Goulding.
Mexico's Day of the Dead Festival London
For the next four days the Embassy of Mexico in the UK will be taking over the Bargehouse in Oxo Tower Wharf for the South American city's Dia de los Muertos annual event. In partnership with tequila brand Jose Cuervo and Arte Mexico, guests at the experience will be able to watch screenings of John Huston's 1984 film Under the Volcano followed by a panel discussion, Shrine to Dissent social drawing events and tequila masterclasses.
Thorpe Park Fright Nights
Now in its 13th year, the theme park is giving visitors the chance to ride its infamous rollercoasters in the dead of night, and get trapped in terrifying mazes based on iconic horror films such as The Blair Witch Project, My Bloody Valentine, The Cabin in The Woods and Saw.
A new feature for Thorpe Park's 2014 Halloween event is the deranged director, who will be making his own horror movie in Studio 13 which guests will be able to star in. Fright Nights run from 10 October until 3 November.
