Halfords has released a TV spot that taps into consumers' inner freewheeler. Mother created the ad, which opens with a young family buying bikes from Halfords. As the family set off across the countryside, they sing Steppenwolf’s Born To Be Wild and gradually grow hairier and more grizzled. A similar spot, featuring cars instead of bikes, is set to air in May. The work was directed by Björn Rühmann through Blink.
