As part of the restructure, Red's advertising manager Caroline Lawley will take the same role at Psychologies, which launches in September and will be a fashion- and gossip-free title for 35- to 55-year-old women.
Replacing Lawley at Red is ElleGirl's advertising manger Vanessa Hammond.
Other changes at the publisher include Elle and B's group promotions director Jhan Rushton taking the same role at Red and Psychologies, where she will be assisted by Charlotte Hand, who is to rejoin the publisher from Conde Nast in the expanded role of promotions manager.
ElleGirl's advertising team has now been moved into Elle and B's group and, following Rushton's move, the publisher is now looking for a promotions director to cover all three titles.
Also announced are the appointment of Nicola Schubrook as promotions manger at Sugar and the promotion of Jacqui Graves to commercial director for Elle, B and ElleGirl.
This latest series of changes follows a commercial restructure in March, which saw women's magazines commercial director Clare Dempster taking control of ElleGirl and Sugar. Also included in her remit was TV Hits, but it was sold this week to Essential Publishing.
Meanwhile, Hachette Filipacchi is on the hunt for a PR and crisis communications agency, following the resignation of Ian Monk & Associates to work for rival Emap.
Monk, who had worked for Hachette Filipacchi for two years, will now handle corporate PR for Emap's consumer magazines as well as consumer and trade PR for its Grazia title.
