The venue in north-east Lincolnshire, which opened in 1995 and has capacity for up to 2,000 standing, as well as conference and events facilities for up to 1,440 delegates, is set to appoint a new commercial partner next year.
The ten-year contract, which has a potential five-year extension, will include full managerial and operational responsibility for staff, the facility, its external appearance and maintenance and the provision of high quality programming and events management.
Businesses are being invited to tender for the £2.2m valued contract until 20 January 2014 via the Yortender website.
