Masterchef presenter Gregg Wallace sourced local produce creating a traditional British menu that included toad in the hole, fish pie and cheese ploughman’s lunch.
The café was located within the Ideal Food section at the show, and continued the sustainable theme with decorative lights made from recycled glass bottles by eco artist Sarah Turner, and furniture borrowed from a local café.
