"This will most certainly open up some exciting doors for him and offer fantastic opportunities to allow him to continue to express his creativity with food," added Wolanski. Looking to the future, Ash said he plans are to travel to Tasmania for a holiday and to see his family. "When I’m back I’m looking to do some stages in a few top restaurants in the UK and Spain and I'm working on plans for a pop up restaurant too."
