Worth an estimated combined turnover of £2m, the deal will see the two firms collaborate for their second Royal Horticultural Society (RHS) contract.
The partnership was originally formed in 2010 after winning a three-year public catering contract for the RHS Tatton Park Flower Show in Cheshire.
The firms will be responsible for managing the Premium Food Courts, as well as all retail Champagne & Pimms and Coffee Bars, servicing more than 150,000 visitors.
"I am very excited by the concepts that Creativevents and The Fine Food Company are introducing at Hampton Court," said head of shows operations Caroline Hills. "They did a superb job for the RHS at Tatton Park in 2010 and we look forward to working with them at both events in 2011."
The Hampton Court Flower Show takes place from 5 - 10 July 2011.
