The organisation said the expansion will mean roles will be made available to apprentices wishing to take on a position in any of the company’s four divisions.
These include Employee Solutions, Customer Engagement, Promotions & Incentives and Meetings & Events.
Grass Roots launched its apprentice scheme four years ago for its three offices in Tring and Wendover, with the aim of sourcing talented young people and supporting them through a fast-track development programme.
During this time 12 apprenticeships have been offered, each leading to securing a full-time position within the company.
Trish Breen, HR business partner, runs the scheme and said: "It is a pleasure to watch these fantastic young apprentices growing into their own full-time positions. They are adding value across the business and we have had excellent feedback from all the line managers that have taken them on."
