Angel Brammer auctioned her breasts as an advertising space, in an auction that attracted more than 370,000 hits in 10 days. Despite the popularity of the auction, only had to fork up £422 for the privilege.
This makes it a relative bargain for the company, which has a history of using human billboards to carry its advertising. Other stunts it has pulled include paying $4,050 (£2,150) to a pregnant woman in the US to have its name emblazoned on her belly; and winning another eBay auction for $4,999.99, giving it advertising rights on a Miami goth woman's breasts.
GoldenPalace.com even managed to get a streaker on the field of last year's Super Bowl -- an event that was overshadowed by a certain "wardrobe malfunction". The streaker, Brit Mark Roberts, was tackled to the ground by one of the football players.
But it seems that to really make money from auction of your body parts, the head is the way to go. A Nebraska-based student called Andrew Fisher made international headlines, and a tidy $30,100 profit, when he auctioned his forehead off as a billboard for 30 days, with the healthcare brand SnoreStop winning the auction.
Brammer will pose next to landmarks in Inverclyde, Edinburgh and Glasgow during her 15 days as a human billboard, sending pictures to the company to prove that she is upholding her end of the deal.
