Go Ahead will be running four yoga sessions throughout the day, which will be free providing the group's laughter levels reach a high enough decibel on the Go Ahead 'laugh-o-meter'.
The brand experience was developed following Go Ahead research that revealed 70% of people would do more exercise if it was more fun and 60% claimed that laughter would be their ideal form of exercise.
The classes, which will be run by laughter yoga expert Melanie Bloch, aim to nourish both the mind and body and to give people a head start on their summer body, while having fun.
Guests are encouraged to book in advance or to simply drop in for ten to thirty minutes to claim a free fruit smoothie. Sessions will run between 8-8.30am, 1-1.30pm, 3-3.30pm and 6-6.30pm.
Nichola Knevitt, Go Ahead senior brand manager, said: "Our Go Ahead range offers a variety of deliciously fruity snacks that taste great and feel good – and we can’t think of a better way of making people feel good than through laughter yoga, which has been proven to help invigorate both mind and body.
"These are going to be like no ordinary yoga classes – laughter yoga is all about letting go, embracing the sessions and, above all, giving in to the infectious nature of laughter. We hope that lots of people will come along and join us during the day for what should be a really fun experience."
