Amateo is to use Global Address's software together with its own to cleanse international name and address data for its clients, beginning with a five-star luxury hotel group based in the UK.
The software can standardise, validate and format mixed data from more than 230 countries and territories simultaneously. This ensures that hotels communicate with their customers using correct gender, titles and salutations.
Matthew Maxwell, CEO of Amateo, said: "Guest relations are fundamental to the success of hoteliers and demand for international technology to support this is growing. Most of our customers are high-end hoteliers whose guests expect at least to receive correctly formatted correspondence."
According to Global Address's head of sales Matthew Furneaux, the alliance is part of the company's strategy of partnering with sector experts.
