Taylor has more than 10 years' business development experience and joines Global Address from data services company GB Group. At GB Group, Taylor led a team of 25 people in its data integrity division.
During his six years at the company, he worked with firms such as the De Vere Hotels, Powergen and Thomas Cook Holidays.
Taylor's appointment is designed to reinforce Global Address's strategy to develop its customer database of international corporations based in the UK.
Global Address has had a UK presence since 1999, when the company opened an office in Bristol. Since then, it has built up a set of blue-chip customers including Elsevier, HSBC and Trailfinders.
Martin Turvey, managing director of Global Address, said: "Sales have increased by an impressive 51% since last year. Nigel's appointment will support the momentum that's produced and sustain our drive into the UK market. We have made four new appointments in as many months and have aggressive plans to continue to grow the business month on month."
