Glastonbury weather set to be fine as corporates and brands ready themselves

Early weather reports for Glastonbury are suggesting a rain-free festival as brands including Orange and Playstation make use of their low-key presence at the festival.

Unlike some other major festivals, Glastonbury insists on major sponsors not being too overbearing.

Playstation is again taking residency within the Queen's Head area of the site, and will stage back-stage parties for special guests. Experiential agency Iris Experience is producing once again on behalf of the gaming giant.

Orange is repeating its "spot the bull" competition and will host secret gigs in its Chill ‘n' charge as well as offering its "Glastonav" product in an attempt to immerse festivalgoers in the Orange brand without impeding on the event itself.

Currently weather website Metcheck is predicting a fine festival next week (it takes place from 24 to 29 June), although such reports are notoriously changeable until around five days before the event itself.

Fly Glastonbury hospitality packages, which would be perfect for treating those staff and clients who love music, are still available for the site and include backstage passes.
