The Gin Mare Med Rooftops, located at 30 Pavilion Road in Knightsbridge in central London, aims to offer guests a place to escape and explore the tastes, textures, sounds and smells of the Gin Mare DNA.
The space will be transformed into a Mediterranean gin garden inspired by Gin Mare’s botanicals Arbequina olive oil, rosemary, basil and thyme, with interactive and engaging elements. On arrival guests will be greeted by botanical hedges of ripe olives, aromatic rosemary and basil leaves and a refreshing Gin Mare summer cocktail.
Visitors will be able to discover the intricacies of the "Mare Nostrum" via a Mediterranean menu with an English twist, created by celebrity chef Mark Hix. Cocktails on the rooftop will include The Perfect Martini with salt and strawberry created by mixologist Stuart Bale, a French area serving cocktails with a Med-champagne infusion and a coastal inspired area offering ways of pairing oysters with classic gin cocktails such as Bloody Mare.
In the evening, music will be provided by Jacob, resident DJ at Pacha Ibiza. The London rooftop experience follows similar ones activated in Madrid, Lisbon and New York, and will run from the 7-8 July.
