Gerry Graf goes forehead to forehead with Paul Cezanne

The AICP call for entries pit Graf, Susan Credle and Jeff Kling against modern masters with hilarious results

Ad agency creatives take on the best the art world has to offer, in a competitive accounting of accomplishments for this year’s AICP Awards call for entries. Barton F. Graf’s Gerry Graf takes on Paul Cezanne, Fallon’s Jeff Kling stacks up against Jeff Koons and FCB’s Susan Credle goes ear-to-ear with Vincent Van Gogh. While the world at large may value the exploits of the modern artists more, the only true measure of success is, of course, how much of your work The Museum of Modern Art has in its collections, and these are all tight races. R/GA created the concept for the campaign, and the three creatives each wrote their own spot. Entries for the 2017 AICP Awards are accepted through March 3.
