The events, which will target cloud innovation industry professionals, will take place in 24 locations across Europe, Middle East and Africa between May and July 2014.

GJP will oversee logistics, sponsorship and infrastructure management throughout the roaming forum’s visits to the likes of Brussels, Dubai and Lagos, working with local agencies in each location. The deal comes after VMware hired to GPJ to work on a similar project in 2009.

Olivier Vallee, managing director VP at GPJ, said: "The entire GPJ team is thrilled to be working with VMware again.

"The tender process allowed us to push our thinking to another level and propose a solution where collaboration and communication will be key to the success of this campaign, and to establishing long term and deeper relationships with the multiple stakeholders involved."

Sandrine Leroux-Graves, VMware’s senior director of communications and events EMEA, said: "We are delighted to have GPJ on board for this project. The vForum series is a key platform for VMware to showcase our cloud and mobility solutions.

We wanted to choose a partner who has the skill set, creativity and talent to help us provide a unique experience to our customers and partners, and GPJ have demonstrated they have what it takes to deliver excellence."
