Freeserve hires BBC's Tillson for sales team expansion

LONDON - Freeserve has expanded its ad sales team by hiring Dominic Tillson, former advertising manager for BBC Worldwide.

Tillson worked on and , and had also worked across beeb.com developing e-commerce and advertising partnerships.

Tillson takes the role of agency sales manager at , reporting to Courtney Anderson, group head of agency sales. He will be responsible for selling advertising and sponsorship packages to media agencies including ZenithOptimedia and Mediacontacts, one of Freeserve's top clients.

Dave McCall, advertising sales director at Freeserve, said: "We're delighted to have Dominic on board. He brings with him a wealth of advertising experience and will be an asset to the team. At a time like this, when advertisers are really increasing their online investment, it's crucial that we have the right people servicing our clients needs."
