
Patty & Bun
Diners can sample Patty & Bun's burger offering at two central London locations – Liverpool Street and James Street, as well as from a branded food truck that travels to various locations across the city.
There are a number of interesting creations to choose from, such as the Lambshank Redemption burger, which includes a lamb patty, lettuce, buttermilk baby courgettes, pickled aubergine, cumin aioli and feta on a brioche bun, as well as the always-popular cheeseburger and a range of other classics.

Meat Mission
This Hoxton venue in east London specialises in all things meat, and a large portion of its menu is dedicated to the humble burger. Choose from the classic cheeseburger or chilli cheeseburger variety, which is complete with a spicy chilli butter, as well as the Dead Hippy, which includes two mustard-fried beef patties.
Chicken options, such as the Dirty Chicken Burger are also available.

Bad Egg Bar and Diner
Inspired by the traditional Chicago-style diner, Bad Egg is a relatively new, all-day venue that specialises in burgers, ribs, baked eggs, hashes and tacos. The burgers are made using 100% rare breed beef from Taste Tradition farm, and most varieities are paired with a cheese fondue that is made in-house.
The Korean Pulled Pork option comprises a beef patty, Korean spiced pulled pork and a fermented Korean condiment known as gochujang, meanwhile the Chicken Burger features fried chicken, guacamole, sriracha, chipolte and a fried egg.

The Advisory
Burgers and bagels are the focus at The Advisory, which is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Classic cheeseburger varieties are available, as well as creations that are a little left-of-centre, such as the Shrimp Po-Boy burger and Sweet Potato, Haloumi and Avocado creation.
To ensure the quality and juiciness of its meat-based burgers, the venue sources its free range, rare breed beef from the Lake District.
