The girl band, which is made up of the founding members of Sugababes, will officially switch on Victoria's lights, illuminating Victoria Street from the station to Buckingham Gate.
A festive photo of MKS will be projected onto the façade of Victoria's Cardinal Place, equivalent to the height of seven double decker buses, to mark the start of a three-night entertainment showcase.
Meanwhile, MKS, who reformed as a group in 2012, will perform their debut single Flatline alongside songs from their new album.
Time Out London's chief photographer Rob Grieg will curate the #CreateChristmas exhibition selecting photos submitted by the public, with each of the photos projected from 5.30pm–7.30pm daily on 21-23 November.
For each photo that makes it into the final exhibition, Create Victoria will donate £1 to youth charity The Prince's Trust as part of its Christmas appeal.
Visitors to the #CreateChristmas exhibition can enjoy live performances on stage, including the London Ballet Company and The Gruffalo performing with The Snail & The Whale, as well as a Christmas food market.
