Head pastry chef, David Girard and designer florist, Philip Hammond have collaborated to produce a selection of unusual treats, from the Garden Basket - a chocolate cake decorated with edible flowers and chocolate ladybirds, to the Premise of a Gardener, which combines lime, white chocolate and strawberries in a flower pot.
