Final four bids for Olympic Stadium revealed

The final four bidders for the tenancy of the Olympic Stadium post-Games have been revealed, after the deadline was extended by two months.

West Ham United, Intelligent Transport Services in association with Formula One, UCFB College of Football Business and Leyton Orient are the final bidders, the London Legacy Development Corporation (LLDC) announced yesterday (17 July).

The stadium is public property and will be leased out to a tenant after this summer's Olympic Games. Its capacity will be reduced from 80,000 to 60,000. West Ham and Leyton Orient have said they would consider a joint bid for the venue.

The bids will now be assessed to ensure they comply with regulations before being evaluated.
