FHM has appointed digital communications agencies New Media Maze and Outside Line to run the monthly men's lifestyle online campaign.
Outside Line has created the game for the website featuring Charlotte Marshall, a former 100 Sexiest nominee.
The viral shows Marshall asking voters four questions about what they find sexy in a woman, such as what colour hair they like or what is their favourite kind of celebrity girl.
This then leads to her suggesting three girls from her list, which is programmed to take into account the factors the men have selected.
The voters can agree to the three girls the computer comes up with or they can adapt their answers and choose again.
The game will allow access to special bonus material once votes have been cast.
Meanwhile, New Media Maze has secured a number of third-party promotions and competitions over the coming weeks to ensure the number of votes this year is higher than ever.
New Media Maze is also exclusively providing the viral 'Making Of' video to a major ISP to ensure that the demographic of voters this year is wider than before.
Jamie Vickery, account manager at Outside Line, said: "FHM wanted to extend the appeal of 100 Sexiest to a wider audience to incentivise voting.
"We thought they would really enjoy interacting 'live' with one of FHM's 'High Street Honeys' and came up with the idea of a real-time intimate chat with Charlotte."
Dave Smith, New Media Maze director, said: "As a red-blooded male it would be an understatement to say that I'm excited to be working with FHM and its 100 Sexiest Women campaign."
