The one-hour weekly show 'Fatboy Slim's Brighton Beach Mix', will be made in collaboration with the artist at his beachfront house in Brighton and will feature established and new artists, classic tunes and exclusive remixes.
After selling more than 7m albums worldwide, the profile of Fatboy Slim, whose real name is Norman Cook, is growing Stateside.
The new show will be launched next month at the Winter Music Conference in Miami with the first broadcast scheduled for the spring. The show is expected to air on major US music stations WKTU in New York, WPYO in Orlando and WPYM in Miami.
The deal was negotiated with US syndication company Super Radio, which teamed up last year ago with G-One to distribute the programme of another British DJ, Paul Oakenfold.
The two-hour 'Paul Oakenfold Presents' mix has exceeded expectations and is syndicated across America in 19 major markets as the only UK dance radio export. New York's WKTU has now opted for an extra hour's programming a week, and more of the current network is expected to follow suit.
Fatboy Slim, whose fourth album is due out this summer, said: "It's great to be exporting 'Brighton Beach' around the world. The States is an enormous market and this is a wonderful opportunity to get millions of Americans up on their feet."
The Fatboy Slim show will be produced by Simon Poole and Simon Ward and executive produced by head of G-One Claire Heys.
Heys said: "It is a natural progression to follow the Oakenfold programme with Fatboy Slim. They are the two most successful brands in dance music. America is the biggest market; it will only take the biggest stars."
