The Welsh college appointed Face following a competitive pitch to develop an over-arching theme for the campaign, which will appear in regional press.
Face was tasked with promoting the college as an organisation that "expertly delivers" quality higher education courses as well as further education provision.
The "pride" campaign, which rolls out this summer, features images of proud parents of the college's alumnae who have progressed from further education courses and are now studying for degrees.
The idea followed research that showed that parents were key decision makers in their children's education and consequently were very proud of their achievements.
One ad shows a mother, who is a coastguard, smiling and holding up a photograph of her son graduating. Text next to the picture says: "Carolyn Class. Proud mother of Matthew, 24, currently topping up to a BSc (Hons). Graduate of Pembrokeshire College Higher Education 2006."
Each ad includes the website and phone number for Pembrokeshire College.
Neil Holroyd, creative director at Face, said: "Being a relatively small region, we established that if our creative solution came from a parental perspective we could create an impetus within the community that directly targets the main influencers."
