Experian adds new classifications to Mosaic 2009

LONDON - Yesterday's Captains, Streetwise Kids and Crash Pad Professionals are among the new consumer profiles to be added to Experian's widely used Mosaic system.

Mosaic 2009 launches next week with updated classifications to reflect changing UK demographics and key social trends of the past five years.

These include:

  • The ageing population
  • Increased regional and ethnic diversity
  • Changes in household composition.

The new segmenting tool has already been trialled by TNT, Scottish Power and Mitchells & Butlers.
