The Docklands venue has confirmed £6m worth of business since being named as the home of London's first international convention centre less than six months ago.
Forthcoming events include the European Conference on Optical Communications in 2013 and the European Federation of National Associations of Orthopaedics and Traumatology in 2014.
"The sheer number and quality of events that ICC London Excel is attracting, clearly illustrates why London and indeed the industry as a whole has needed an international convention centre," said director of conferences and events James Rees.
"London is one of the finest cities in the world and we are relishing the opportunity to play a key part in completing its business tourism product, bringing with it a massive economic benefit for the city and most importantly, as a private organisation, at no cost to the taxpaying public," he added.
ICC London Excel opens on 1 May this year.
