I got into the event industry because I love a challenge and every event presents new challenges.

I have worked here since November 2011.

I was attracted to this particular role because I was told we wouldn’t get a license. I did.

Not many people know that we have two giant Banksy's hidden behind hording which we revealed for the first time in six years during our pop up this summer.

My worst experience at an event was Homelands 1999, it was a washout.

If there’s one thing I’ve learnt it’s preparation is everything.

The best event I’ve been involved in was The End closing weekend in January 2008.

The one thing I can’t stand is people losing their temper in the workplace.

Outside of work I spend my time with my family.

If money were no object I’d buy a box at Old Trafford.

The one thing I can’t do my job without is money.

If I could switch places with anyone else in the industry it would be Larry Harvey, co-founder of the Burning Man festival.

If I ruled the event industry there would be a little less form filling and a little more creativity.
